The Challenge I'm detailing here is connected with this MFP challenge.
I have two goals associated with this.
First, I am trying to become more consistent with my exercise. I'm pushing myself to get out of bed and get active in the mornings by walking.
Secondly, I am also trying for a distance achievement too. Because I have never really paid attention to my monthly totals before, I am going with a conservative 30km (~18mi).
Because I love tickers, I've set up two for this challenge.
